Our client has a successful investment history spanning over 20 years and a remarkable track record in capital-raising achievements, seeks an investor relations professional to lead on the client servicing function of their investor relations team.
This role will make a valuable contribution to help ensure high levels of client engagement and support the firm's fundraising efforts across the range of the firm’s fund strategies for existing LPs and prospective investors across a range of international geographies.

Responsibilities
Marketing and presentations
- Support with planning and execution of fundraises including market analysis, preparation of fund marketing materials (data room, DDQ, pitch deck etc), and ongoing support during fundraises to respond to RfPs, due diligence requests etc.
- Engage with the different teams such as investment, legal, finance, portfolio management, to prepare responses to investor enquiries.
Sales Monitoring
- Coordinate, track and analyse outreach, meeting activities, roadshows, investor feedback, engagement metrics, and market trends to refine fundraising strategies.
- Ensure key IR tools, such as the LP portal, CRM and VDR, are all used to optimal efficiency and the production of regular dashboard outputs.
Management of interns
- Oversight and workflow management for 1-2 interns helping with the delivery of client management function.
Desired experience and competencies
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar investor relations or marketing function
- Experience and understanding of the financial concepts within private equity.
- Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with ability to creatively solve for presentation of data and key messages across these mediums.
- Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related business field.
- Fluency in French and English.
