These programs span sustainable agriculture, social forestry, mangrove restoration, clean cooking, rural energy access, and waste management, focusing on communities most affected by the climate crisis. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and structure sales models for client presentations.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and potential client opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building.

  • Identify and strategies sales opportunities for successful execution.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies to achieve team goals.

  • Engage in networking activities, manage relationships with key clients and investors, and represent the company at relevant conferences.

  • Prepare detailed analyses and project presentations to keep clients and stakeholders informed.

  • Provide bi-monthly pricing updates to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Structure sell-side carbon transactions using various financial instruments.

  • Work closely with the legal team to draft commercial agreements for ongoing projects.

  • Collaborate with sales support and lead generation teams to identify potential clients and understand financing needs.

Sample Tasks:

  • Prepare offerings and sales models in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Reach out to potential clients to discuss collaboration opportunities.

  • Follow up with clients to close transactions and work with legal teams until agreements are signed.

Day-to-Day Interactions:

  • Internal: Legal, Program Relations, Partnerships, and Technical teams.

  • External: Potential and Current Clients for new opportunities and upsell.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles involving client interaction.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

  • Must be based in the UK/EU with work authorisation.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial arrangements.

  • Flexibility for frequent travel.

  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with solid sales and negotiation skills.

  • A strong commitment to climate action and improving the livelihoods of underprivileged communities.

  • Relevant experience in sustainability and environmental products is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Work Timings and Location:

  • Remote working within the UK/EU.

  • 40-hour work week.

  • 30 days of paid leave per year.
