Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced manager to oversee our manufacturing partnerships and warehouse operations. This role ensures seamless collaboration across our supply chain including a heavy focus on optimal warehouse management, and on-time delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations handling relationships with suppliers, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are met.

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal downtime.

  • Develop and maintain relationships across the supply chain to ensure alignment on quality, timelines, and compliance with specifications.

  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.

  • Analyze production data and warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

  • Prepare and manage budgets related to production and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in production/operations, preferably in electronics or circuit board manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing operations.

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and warehouse management systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ERP, inventory management systems).
