He has found a lot of success supporting companies through periods of exponential and high-volume headcount growth and attributes this to his ability to develop deep and honest relationships with his clients. 

Additionally, he has found success supporting his clients on strategic and technically niche hires across all job functions and levels of seniority. Before starting his recruitment career, Ben completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Connecticut and graduated with a BA in Digital Media & Design with a unique focus on digital media strategies in business.
