Aviation accounts for approximately 2 to 3% of global CO2 emissions, and as air travel is expected to double in the next 15 years, these numbers will grow rapidly. While many solutions, such as electrified aviation, are still in the early stages of development, the industry needs solutions to cut the direct carbon emissions of flying. Today.

Acre is proud to be partnered with one of the world's largest producers of sustainable aviation & road transportation fuels. As part of a larger project of work to help further build out their US operations as they continue to invest heavily in the region, they are now looking to scale their supply chain compliance team for the Americas region. Supply chain compliance is a global function created to ensure the end-to-end market compliance of sustainable fuel products in each region.

We are looking for specialists and senior specialists to:

  • Support and file regulatory reports to state and federal agencies.

  • Review and oversee data related to the procurement of feedstocks, renewable fuel sales, and refinery operations.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and internal training on regulations related to the business.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience working with and reporting to various regulatory agencies.

  • A working knowledge of the transportation sector and/or supply/demand for biofuels in the US and associated legislation - such as EPA RFS, LCFS, and EU RED.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Detail orientation and critical thinking.

  • A genuine passion for sustainability and the positive impact these solutions bring at a human level - this company is extremely mission-orientated, and to be successful, you will need to show you're motivated to make a positive impact.

Sustainable fuels are a 'today solution', commercially available and in use worldwide. As Supply Chain Compliance Lead for a key region at one of the world's largest producers of these products, this opportunity will give you the satisfaction of making a real contribution to carbon reduction in the US transportation sector.
