Acre is delighted to be retained by a pioneering climate technology provider in digital carbon solutions, seeking a Technical Product & Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery and development of cutting-edge software products in the sustainability and renewable energy sector. Work directly at the intersection of product strategy, hands-on execution, and engineering excellence as our organization scales solutions powering the transition to clean energy and carbon intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmaps

• Define and execute the technical strategy for two innovative SaaS products, driving end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through delivery.

• Create and maintain clear, actionable product roadmaps that align with company ambitions and operational realities.

• Bridge business needs with engineering execution; serve as the conduit between technical teams, product marketing, and leadership.

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for efficient product development.

• Oversee software architecture, infrastructure decisions, and backend management for scaling high-impact platforms.

• Champion technical credibility and quality, integrating customer feedback, performance data, and evolving trends.

• Coordinate implementation and validation of key integrations (e.g., Azure cloud, industrial or ERP data, API connections).

Project Management & Delivery

• Plan and manage timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Track milestones and ensure a robust process for quality assurance, data analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Support agile team structures, aligning “design runway” principles and fostering strong UX/UI collaboration.

Team Enablement & Collaboration

• Build trust and rapport within engineering and product teams, unblocking obstacles and promoting close technical interaction.

• Foster cross-team learning, regular whiteboard brainstorming, and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate career growth across product/technical domains; focus on horizontal development over vertical hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 7+ years of proven software product management, preferably for enterprise SaaS.

• Minimum 5 years experience in software product/project management, ideally in climate tech, ERP, or industrial data systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI, SCADA, DCS).

• Hands-on expertise with SaaS integrations, API management, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

• Strong background in agile methodologies; experienced user of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

• Exceptional technical, analytical, and partnership-building abilities.

• Demonstrated success launching, managing, and improving digital products.
