A Global Manufacturer is undergoing one of the most exciting transformations in its history. After a significant restructure and a merger, they are looking for an influential Global Head of Health & Safety to lead the next chapter of their journey.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and drive a global H&S strategy across 31 factories, 20 distribution centres, and 13,000 employees worldwide, embedding a proactive, world-class safety culture at the heart of their growth plans.

You will:

• Define & Deliver Global Strategy by implementing and harmonising GF’s H&S strategy across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, aligned with ISO 45001, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals
• Play a pivotal role in unifying two business divisions, developing a cohesive safety-first approach
• Lead and coach regional H&S leaders and site managers, driving accountability and capability across a matrix organisation
• Transform culture by accelerating the company's shift from reactive compliance to a proactive, behaviour-driven safety culture
• Operate as a strategic advisor to the COO and wider Executive Team, while remaining hands-on with site visits and coaching

Your Experience:

We are looking for a strategic influencer and hands-on leader with:

• Extensive leadership experience in global manufacturing/industrial or infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organisations
• A track record of delivering cultural transformation programmes and driving measurable improvement
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to coach, challenge, and inspire teams worldwide
• Expertise in occupational health & safety management systems
• Full professional proficiency in English (German advantageous)
