Acre is partnering with P3 Logistic Parks in its search for an ambitious Senior Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist to help it elevate its ESG strategy and make a lasting impact on its mission to become Europe's top logistics warehouse provider.

Role Profile
As P3's Senior ESG Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving P3's sustainability agenda. You'll have the opportunity to shape its ESG strategy, collaborate with international teams and influence meaningful change across the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Developing & Elevating P3's ESG Strategy: Play a pivotal role in implementing its company-wide ESG strategy, contributing to carbon neutrality goals.
Driving Data-Led Solutions: Lead the development of processes to collect, validate and report ESG data in line with stakeholder requirements.
Strategic Reporting: Manage and issue essential reports, including non-financial reports, impact assessments and transitional risk reports.
Leading Through Change: Drive organisational change by upskilling teams and embedding sustainability into core business functions.
Asset-Level Collaboration: Work with local teams to create and implement tailored ESG plans for individual assets.
You will likely come with previous real estate experience, ideally in logistics/warehouses or similar, and will be able to influence a range of stakeholders from across the business and from various regions. You will also have a collaborative and positive approach to problem-solving and will enjoy developing new ideas. Ideally, you're based in Prague, but other locations where the business has a presence can be considered.
Ideal Experience
Demonstrable ESG expertise in real estate with a strong understanding of ESG principles
A relevant academic background, ideally at degree level
Change management experience with a proven ability to lead transformative projects
Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to prioritise and implement data-driven sustainability solutions efficiently and effectively
Comfortable navigating ambiguous, complex and evolving environments
Fluent English: Strong communication skills to engage with international stakeholders
