We are seeking a Sales & Structuring Associate - Supply Chain & Carbon Markets to join their dynamic team. This remote role, based in the UK or EU, is ideal for a professional with expertise in supply chains and a passion for driving sustainability and creating real impact.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Proactively build a portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on supply chain stakeholders, by identifying and cultivating leads.

  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends and opportunities, with an emphasis on carbon markets and supply chain integration.

  • Develop and structure sales models and carbon transactions using financial instruments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address supply chain-related climate challenges.

  • Prepare detailed analyses and presentations, ensuring clients are informed and engaged on supply chain impacts.

  • Support account management and network at relevant conferences to build relationships with key players in supply chains.

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to connect with candidates who have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles with direct client interaction, ideally with exposure to supply chain management.

  • A commercial mindset with strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • A deep commitment to sustainability and climate action, with knowledge of supply chain sustainability a plus.

  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).

  • Flexibility to travel frequently on short notice.

Familiarity with Excel, financial modelling, and CRM software is advantageous, as is prior experience in sustainability or environmental products.
