Key Experience We're Seeking
Demonstrable agency-side experience managing corporate clients.
Proven background in Corporate Reporting and Communications.
Knowledge of core sustainability challenges and opportunities.
Strong financial management skills, ensuring projects are delivered profitably.
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Role Responsibilities
Serve as the primary project management contact, taking ownership of project planning, processes, and resources.
Support lead consultants with client management to ensure seamless communication.
Lead stakeholder engagement, including scoping briefs, planning meetings, and documenting follow-ups.
Manage day-to-day project priorities, overseeing team tasks and resourcing.
Lead the financial aspects of projects-budgeting, billing, and tracking - ensuring projects remain profitable and efficient.
Create and manage comprehensive project plans, overseeing every step from strategy development to communication delivery.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and best practice analysis when required.
Manage communication and reporting projects in collaboration with designers, writers, and production teams.
Support content creation, including messaging for presentations and communications.
Maintain and grow healthy client relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
