A leading company in the luxury industry is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Consultant to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainability, contributing to the evolution of industry standards and practices.

About the Role:

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's ESG+ framework and sustainability initiatives. You'll work across environmental, social, and governance topics, partnering with a range of luxury brands to enhance their sustainability impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Framework Development: Assist in maintaining and evolving the ESG+ assessment framework and Butterfly Mark certification.

  • Client Growth: Support client acquisition and growth, helping to communicate the value of our sustainability products and services.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of sustainability trends and regulations, and provide insightful data analysis.

  • Client Support: Collaborate with the Client Success team to guide clients through assessment processes and improve their sustainability performance.

  • Policy & Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive guidelines and best practices for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the ESG+ assessment framework.

  • Help drive business growth through client acquisition and delivery.

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide valuable insights.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Develop and update sustainability policies, guidelines, and educational resources.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Degree in a natural or environmental science discipline.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in sustainability, either in-house or at an agency.

  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, a strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD, ISSB), and advanced Excel capabilities.

  • Attributes: Passionate about sustainability, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
