We are working with a dynamic, global company that works with the world's leading brands to drive change through innovation and strategic consulting.

As a Sustainability Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of sustainability goals, focused on product and supply chain.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers, you'll lead sustainability data management and analysis, drive performance reporting, and track legislation. Your work will contribute to significant sustainability objectives such as climate reduction and responsible sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sustainability data and reporting to assess progress against global goals

  • Collaborate with teams, suppliers, and clients to improve data systems and reporting efficiency

  • Track and report on relevant legislation impacting sustainability efforts

  • Support sustainability data systems, target setting, and reporting

  • Conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations for performance improvements

  • Engage with stakeholders across global teams to advance sustainability objectives

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability within agency and food, consumer goods, or packaging industries

  • Expertise in global environmental legislation, data management, and reporting systems

  • Analytical mindset, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of technical environmental tools

  • Ability to work with senior management and multi-functional, global teams

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Forward-thinking and self-motivated approach
