Senior Director, Manufacturer Membership

Cascale, formerly the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, is a global membership organisation representing 300 leading organisations across the consumer goods industry. They support industry transformation across key sustainability topics, empowering businesses to create a positive environmental and social impact.

Acre is partnering with Cascale to find a Senior Director for Manufacturer Membership. This pivotal leadership role will drive transformation at pace by engaging the global manufacturing community, ensuring members are inspired, empowered, and equipped to take meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve Cascale’s Manufacturer-focused value propositions, enhancing the member journey and optimising the member experience.

• Implement effective strategies to ensure high membership satisfaction, retention, and engagement, measuring and reporting on these outcomes.

• Lead the development of an organisation-wide Manufacturer impact strategy, aligned with Cascale’s vision and strategic plan.

• Collaborate with the Executive Vice President and finance teams to ensure sound financial management, including pricing strategies, revenue planning, and budget oversight.

• Provide inspirational leadership to the Manufacturer membership team while fostering collaboration across the wider Cascale organisation.

• Act as a public champion for Cascale’s vision, advocating for manufacturer members and representing the community at industry events.
  

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry with a focus on manufacturers, ideally within apparel, footwear, or related sectors.

• Proven experience in developing high-impact, value-driven membership programs.

• Strong understanding of sustainability issues across the consumer goods value chain.

• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, collaborative teams.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
