Your role in driving change:
Build and strengthen relationships with leading UK food manufacturers and retailers, understanding their unique business needs and translating them into tailored upskilling and sustainability solutions.
Lead the membership upskilling budget, ensuring the success of impactful events and programmes that educate and inspire stakeholders across the food supply chain.
Identify and pursue new membership opportunities, expanding the reach of these transformative programmes both in the UK and internationally.
Manage project budgets, timeframes, and risks with confidence, ensuring all deliverables are met to the highest standard while driving member satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to consistently evaluate and refine the product offering, identifying new opportunities to enhance and expand their impact.
Represent the organisation as a trusted advisor, confidently engaging with stakeholders at Director and C-suite level to drive alignment and inspire action.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and managing resources effectively to deliver exceptional results.
What we're looking for:
A passion for the food industry and a genuine drive to create a more sustainable future.
A proven track record in business development, client management, or account management, ideally within the food or sustainability sectors.
A natural relationship-builder with exceptional listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
Highly organised with strong analytical skills, the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights, and confidence in managing budgets.
A collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to building partnerships and delivering shared goals.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Director and C-suite level executives, with the confidence to deliver presentations and influence decisions.
Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
