Cascale (formerly the Sustainable Apparel Coalition) is a global membership organisation representing 300 leading organisations across the consumer goods industry, facilitating and supporting industry transformation across key sustainability topics.
Acre is partnering with Cascale its search for a Senior Director, Brand and Retailer Membership. This exciting new leadership position will play a critical role in facilitating transformation at pace across global supply chains in the consumer goods sector, with a focus on engaging brand and retail members to ensure they are inspired, empowered, and appropriately supported to take individual and collective action.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, we are looking for a driven senior leader in the sector who will devise and deliver a member engagement and impact strategy, enhancing member satisfaction and adoption of tools and thus facilitating broader industry transformation.
You will also have the opportunity to:
Develop and evolve both Cascale's brand and retailer-focused value propositions and their member journey, optimising member experience.
Develop and implement an organisation-wide brand and retailer impact strategy in line with Cascale's vision, strategic plan and programme frameworks, monitoring and evaluating progress.
Implement effective strategies to ensure brand and retailer membership satisfaction and retention rates are high, measuring, monitoring and reporting on this effectively.
Work with the Executive Vice President and the Finance team to develop and maintain sound financial practices including budget management, cash flow, pricing strategies, cost, revenue and expense planning.
Provide inspirational leadership to the brand and retail membership team as well as effectively influencing and engaging across the wider Cascale organisation.
Become a face and voice publicly for what is needed to meet Cascale's industry vision, becoming the primary champion for Cascale retail and brand membership and the member community more broadly.
To effectively deliver in a critical position such as this, you will hold significant industry experience relating to the consumer goods sector, ideally with strong exposure to membership and membership engagement environments.
You will also have:
Experience in developing and implementing well-defined business strategies.
Proven ability to develop high-impact, value-driven membership programmes.
Strong knowledge of the issues in apparel, footwear and other consumer industry value chains.
A track record in fostering a high-performing, collaborative and impact-driven team and organisational culture.
The ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment with strong multitasking and adaptive skills; agile to shifting priorities and demands.
A highly collaborative nature; able to work collaboratively as part of a global, multicultural organisation
