Acre is proud to be collaborating with a London-based institution at the cross-section of infrastructure, economic development, cultural heritage, and local governance.

Reporting directly to the Climate Action Programme Manager, as the Climate Action Programme Analyst, you will focus on supporting the delivery of the climate strategy by analysing data, tracking performance, and contributing to strategic decisions. Your work will ensure that essential sustainability and carbon reduction goals are met, aligning with the organisation's ambitious net-zero targets.

The key responsibilities include the following themes:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Work closely with the Climate Action Programme Manager to collate, organise, and analyse data from climate projects, ensuring accuracy and quality while tracking performance against KPIs. Support annual data collection, emissions assessments, and audits to monitor progress and accurately report against targets.

  • Performance Tracking and Dashboards: Maintain and update performance data using tools such as PowerBI, ensuring stakeholders are informed with accurate and engaging analytics and visuals.

  • Financial and Risk Management: Support budget tracking, financial reconciliation, and the management of risks and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

  • Engagement and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to align data insights with strategic goals and facilitate informed decision-making.

To thrive in this role and deliver success, you will benefit from having the following:

  • A proven track record of managing data for reporting purposes, ensuring quality and accuracy.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data management tools such as PowerBI and Smartsheets.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Relevant education, across climate science, economics or data science or a linked subject, as well as an awareness of public and local issues in London linked to climate change.
