Role Overview

As the Asset Management Lead, you will shape and drive the long-term strategy for managing our growing energy storage portfolio. You'll oversee operational excellence, optimize asset performance through data-driven decisions, and lead the expansion of the Asset Management (AM) team and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the long-term AM strategy to maximize portfolio value.
  • Expand the AM team and explore opportunities to manage assets for external clients.
  • Oversee monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization for BESS assets.
  • Analyze data to enhance the commercial performance of energy storage systems.
  • Manage financial models, contracts, and reporting for operational profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve key project milestones.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Asset Management, preferably in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or similar industries (e.g., wind energy, industrial systems).
  • Strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive performance optimization and decision-making.
  • Experience managing projects, contracts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
