  • Partner with the design teams on capital projects, refurbishments, and store fit-outs to ensure they meet all requirements and brand standards once in operation.

  • Develop and implement a strategic facilities management plan that aligns with CHANEL's growth, operational needs, and sustainability ambitions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 80 professionals across the property and facilities management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure optimal maintenance and security of all CHANEL properties, guaranteeing safety, functionality, and premium aesthetics in every space.

  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining the highest quality and service levels.

You are:

  • A proven leader with demonstrable experience in multi-site Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field-ideally within luxury, hospitality, or high-end retail.

  • A passionate innovator, committed to sustainability, excellence, and human-centric design.

  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders.

  • A professional with an understanding of wider risk and Security Management.
