The Role

This is a unique opportunity, as part of Cascale's executive team, to strategise, lead, and implement the organisation's two core impact pillars: climate action and decent work. Reporting to Cascale's CEO, the SVP, Impact will play a crucial role in ensuring industry-wide adoption of best practices, fostering partnerships, and securing the resources needed to scale industry transformation. Your leadership will empower members to drive meaningful, measurable progress in reducing emissions and improving labour conditions.

Your Impact:

• Develop and execute Cascale's climate action strategy, leading the industry toward a 45% reduction in GHG emissions by 2030.

• Drive systemic change in responsible purchasing practices, reducing audit fatigue and improving working conditions across global supply chains.

• Create innovative sustainability solutions, ensuring environmental due diligence and funding access for members.

• Engage with global stakeholders, fostering collaboration among industry leaders, policymakers, and investors.

• Represent Cascale as a thought leader, advocating for ambitious policies that accelerate industry-wide impact.
