Senior ESG Manager

A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior ESG Manager to drive their ESG and Responsible Business (RB) initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, global environment with a large focus on mandatory and emerging reports such as TCFD, GRI, CSRD and CSDDD.

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership to refine and implement the ESG strategy, driving operational change across the organisation

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate material ESG factors and enhance our ESG reporting

• Stay ahead of client expectations, develop innovative ESG solutions, and catalyse change within the organisation

• Manage and mentor the ESG team, ensuring data management excellence and supporting global sustainability initiatives

This role is for you if you have/are:

• A background in a consultancy or professional services

• A seasoned ESG leader with experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies within large, complex organisations

• An exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with senior management and external stakeholders and excellent project management skills
