About the Role:

The Sales & Structuring Associate will be integral to driving carbon project sales, supporting the organisation's mission to create large-scale, sustainable impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about climate solutions and seeking to make a meaningful difference within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.

  • Design and structure persuasive sales models for client presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide detailed analyses, project updates, and insights to clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead the structuring of carbon transactions, coordinating closely with the legal team on agreements.

  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build strategic partnerships.

  • Provide accurate and timely pricing information to clients, and manage key client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles, with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Exceptional written and spoken English (additional European languages are a plus).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of financial structures.

  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.

  • A passion for climate action and improving livelihoods in underprivileged communities.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
