Interim Reporting Specialist

We are working with a communications consultancy that is looking for an ESG Reporting Specialist to work with their global reach of clients managing their ESG regulations and frameworks such as GRI and TCFD and general sustainability reports. Using your expertise, you will also be advising and consulting clients on their wider reach and impact, in relation to these reports.

What you will be doing:

• Lead preparation of ESG, financial (TCFD) and non-financial disclosures (GRI, CDP, SASB)

• Plan meetings with clients to update them on key ESG progress and coordinate with the team to confirm deadlines and data integrity

• Work closely with the client's team to obtain key data for reports and liaise with ESG rating agencies

• Ensure alignment of external reporting with both regulatory expectations and sustainability reporting best practices (i.e. Global Reporting Initiative standards) )

• Responsible for updating pages in the sustainability reporting centre, including sustainability performance data, independent assurance, scope & boundaries, ratings and rankings, reporting standards

• Monitoring the ESG agenda for key insights and sharing with relevant stakeholders

To thrive in this role, you already have:

• A corporate background in delivering ESG and climate-related reports

• Experience working with corporate clientele

• Up-to-date knowledge of legislation regarding ESG frameworks
