Are you a senior expert operating at the intersection of finance and sustainability with extensive experience in performance monitoring, ESG data management, and external reporting?
Acre is delighted to be partnering with Chanel on a pivotal global opportunity. We are seeking a Head of Sustainability Performance & Reporting to drive sustainability data strategies, align performance metrics across global regions, and lead adherence to reporting frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, and TCFD.
This role will be instrumental in shaping Chanel's sustainability impact through innovative IT solutions, rigorous performance analysis, and leadership in sustainability reporting. You will lead and manage an exceptional, high-performing team to drive Chanel's house ambitions and sustainability transformation journey.
Your impact:
Define and manage performance monitoring plans aligned with Chanel's Sustainability Ambitions in partnership with the Sustainability Team, divisions and regions.
Lead the implementation of ESG data management and governance processes.
Align global sustainability KPIs and integrate IT solutions for enhanced performance tracking.
Partner with public affairs to anticipate future reporting obligations and standards.
Oversee external assurance processes and ensure the adoption of best practices.
Drive financial and non-financial data analysis to track progress towards Net Zero targets.
Represent Chanel in key presentations on sustainability performance to executive committees.
What you will bring:
Deep expertise in financial or ESG reporting within corporate settings.
Familiarity with TCFD, CSRD, TNFD, and related frameworks.
Proven ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights.
Strong project management and IT solution integration skills, including Microsoft tools.
Fluency in English; French is a bonus.
