The Impact Measurement & Management Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our investments generate meaningful and measurable social and environmental impact. This individual will lead the development and implementation of impact measurement and management strategies across our products and in collaboration with a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Impact, Investment and Client Engagement teams, the Impact Measurement & Management Lead will stay up-to-date and knowledgeable on trends, best practices, and frameworks in the impact measurement and management space, helping us continue to evolve ImpactAssets' practices and tools to deepen their impact management practices. Key Responsibilities

Impact Frameworks and Strategy:
Building on existing work, design and refine a comprehensive impact measurement and management (IMM) framework for ImpactAssets' thematic impact funds that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement a repeatable and replicable approach to impact key performance indicators and metrics for each investment.
Balance big-picture and detail-oriented thinking to ensure that portfolios and products are achieving stated impact goals and that issues or challenges are promptly addressed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in impact measurement and
to continuously improve measurement strategies and build impact measurement and management knowledge across the organization.
Impact Analysis & Reporting:
Work closely with Investment teams to analyze impact considerations in the due diligence process and investment decision-making, conducting impact assessments as necessary for existing or potential investments.
Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and set up internal controls to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare data visuals, and
develop content for reporting requirements and communications collateral. Act as a key strategic partner in the development of the corporate annual impact report.
Respond to ad hoc requests for reports, memos, slide decks and other materials to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and to inform our reporting and strategic communication efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Supporting the client-facing teams, use your understanding of impact methodologies, metrics, and management best practices to help craft clients' impact framework including, goals, strategy, metrics needed for success, etc.
Serve as a trusted advisor to select clients or client engagement/investor strategist positions, providing guidance on data best practices, KPIs and metrics, and how to tell an organization's impact story.
As necessary, serve as an impact advisor in creating client status updates or impact reports.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in impact measurement and management or measurement, evaluation and learning functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference for candidates with experience in impact investing, investment management or consulting.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Desire to continue to evolve ImpactAssets' and clients' impact measurement and management practices with a demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to work across functional teams and external stakeholders, exhibiting excellent leadership and project management skills.
Ability to produce written, verbal and presentation communications in a simple and accessible manner.
Strong Excel skills are required and the ability to interface with various technology systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required.
Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools Box and Asana preferred.
Experience working in a virtual working environment is preferred.
Knowledge and passion for using investing as a means by which to engender social or environmental impact.
