Training: using scientific learning content to engage all employees in an organisation
Consulting: having an impact at the local level through concrete adaptation actions

The Head of Market in the ANZ market is dedicated to finding new B2B customers for the Climate School in Australia and New Zealand market. As the geography lead of Climate School, you will manage the regional business pipeline to pursue revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying new prospective enterprises committed to sustainability transition
Organising meetings with different stakeholders at potential major customers
Pitching the advantages of leveraging AXA Climate School in their sustainability transition
Collaborating with the global team to close on engagement terms and contracting
Managing key account relationships in the region
Representing AXA Climate School in regional events of relevance
Working with the marketing and SDR team to sharpen the message
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the broader upskilling of the corporate world on the challenges of climate change.
Key Requirements:
You are a high-performer in business development with extensive B2B selling experience, ideally in products or services pitched to sustainability or HR (learning and development/culture and business transformation) teams
Your key strength is consultative selling with strong communication skills
You are structured, organised, and like to take on responsibility
You are self-driven, autonomous, and can adapt well to a remote-collaboration team
You have excellent business acumen, with a keen eye for recognising new opportunities both in the short run and the long run
Your positive mindset allows you to face challenges with enthusiasm and learn from setbacks
You are curious by nature with a strong passion for self-development and learning new things
Sustainability as a mission is important to you, and ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of sustainable transformation
You are a team player and the success of your colleagues is just as important to you as your own progress
