Reporting to the CFO and CEO you will be part of the senior management team and work with some of the world's leading businesses, delivering pioneering sustainability programmes that protect the environment, improve lives and deliver real business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop effective sales strategies and commercial go-to-market propositions to meet client demands
To develop detailed plans that ensure effective delivery
To ensure KAM and Sales processes are cost effective and scalable
To manage and build a high performing team
To help shape and deliver organisational strategy and growth plans as part of the senior leadership team

Key requirements:
Minimum 10 years Sales leadership with experience in fast growing technical market
Is pragmatic - able to balance getting it right and getting it done, without compromising on integrity and ethical practices.
Highly commercial problem solver
Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams
Demonstrable senior leadership skills to be a key part of shaping and delivering organisational performance
