Acre are working in partnership with prestigious and innovative real estate development company, who are looking to identify an experienced Senior Health, Safety & Resiliency (HS&R) Manager to drive safety excellence across a dynamic portfolio of mixed-used properties in London.
The Role:
Spearhead HS&R strategies, ensuring world-class standards across multiple projects in construction and operational phases.
Collaborate with development and asset managers to optimize HS&R performance with contractors and managing agents.
Deliver and continuously improve HS&R training tailored for diverse roles within the business.
Identify and implement innovative technologies that enhance health, safety, and well-being across the portfolio.
Provide expert input and reporting to senior leadership and investor boards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You should be able to build lasting relationships with a variety of stakeholders and identity and drive continuous improvement activities that will make a meaningful across the portfolio.
Proven experience in commercial property development or asset management with a track record of driving HS&R improvements.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and risk management practices.
Preferably holding GradIOSH or equivalent qualifications, though a proactive, solutions-driven mindset is essential.
Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and energize stakeholders at all levels.
