The company is currently seeking an ESG Transformation Manager, a key role focused on driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives across its operations and client projects. The ESG Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that align with sustainability goals, ethical standards, and corporate responsibility.

Missions

  • Contribute to the implementation of the Group ESG strategy, in collaboration with the Group ESG Leader.

  • Coordinate/challenge ongoing missions conducted by external service providers: calculation of GHG baseline, CSRD alignment.

  • Define and execute new climate strategy, aiming for SBTi validation (2025)

  • Co-lead the Group ESG Committee and ensure follow-up of decisions.

  • Prepare and draft ESG information and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders (Executive Committee, Board of Directors, internal/external coms, etc.).

  • Review/improve ESG certifications and labels.

  • Develop teams' awareness and skills on sustainability matters.

  • Monitor ESG-related news, regulations, and competitors' advancement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale ESG transformations, a deep understanding of sustainability and decarbonisation principles, and the ability to integrate them into business operations.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of carbon accounting and SBTi standards

  • Good command of the regulatory framework: CSRD, climate, duty of care, etc.

  • Experience of sustainable development reporting frameworks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with various maturity/engagement levels

  • Ability to analyse and summarise, proficient writing skills

  • Professional English
