We are working with a communications agency that advises some of their biggest clients on strategies and programs to address social and environmental issues, enhancing their reputation with a range of stakeholders from investors to consumers. They develop standout purpose positioning and highly successful brand and corporate communications for a wide array of clients, including leading names in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on impactful campaigns addressing environmental and social issues, encompassing PR, digital, social, and content creation and measurement.
Collaborate with London-based executive directors on major client projects and pitches, and work with the global purpose team on appropriate opportunities.
Provide expert leadership and counsel for selected sustainability, social impact, and purpose projects.
Design and deliver social impact programs, often establishing partnerships with civil society and NGOs.
Lead market research, landscaping, and analysis to inform strategies and provide informed consultancy.
Develop and manage junior team members, including line management responsibilities.
Draft strategic communication materials to grow existing accounts.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Proven experience with leading lifestyle brands and businesses (fashion/beauty preferred) on sustainability, social impact, or purpose strategies and campaigns.
Proven ability to develop and manage multistakeholder partnerships focused on positive societal impact.
Confidence in working with multidiscipline client-side teams.
Excellent writing skills: able to distil complex sustainability themes into simple and compelling language.
