Shannon is a Senior Research Consultant in our New York office, where she supplies in-depth client and candidate research and talent mapping across all industries. After beginning her career in nonprofit recruitment, she joined Acre, where she developed specializations in the sustainable real estate, infrastructure, and finance industries.
Shannon graduated from the College of William & Mary, where she earned a B.A. in English & Religious Studies. During her undergraduate career, she interned in the anti-wildlife trafficking division of Lawyers Without Borders and spent a semester studying Southeast Asian religion & human rights law at the National University of Singapore. She is a regular volunteer with Amnesty International – the world’s largest human rights organization -- and has served her community as a municipal Commissioner of Conservation and Coastal Resilience.
