They are seeking a motivated Portfolio Analyst to join their investment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Portfolio Managers in managing a diversified portfolio of assets, contributing to the Foundation's objectives of long-term value creation and positive societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor portfolio and performance of underlying investment funds.

  • Establish and track key milestones for investments, ensuring alignment with expected performance metrics and strategic goals.

  • Identify risks and opportunities by tracking market trends, macroeconomic conditions, and investment performance.

  • Provide market mapping of the relevant private markets and the fund managers active in those spaces.

  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure the portfolio adheres to the Foundation's tolerance levels and sustainability criteria.

  • Assist Portfolio Managers with scenario analysis, stress testing, and portfolio optimisation.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards to support investment decision-making and communicate portfolio updates

  • Partner with other departments, including legal and risk management, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering. A CFA designation is a plus.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in portfolio analysis, fund selection, investment, or asset management.

  • Revant experience in private equity, private debt or infrastructure investment.

  • High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex financial models.

  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with sustainability and climate data consolidation/risk & opportunity assessment.

  • Knowledge of ESG and impact measurement frameworks (e.g., MSCI ESG Ratings, GRI Standards).

  • Experience with portfolio management systems and/or analytical tools is advantageous.
