About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the DACH region - a high-potential market with significant growth opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, managing sales cycles, and driving business growth in a sector that is making a real impact on corporate sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
Prospecting, booking meetings, and demonstrating the company's cutting-edge sustainability software
Managing and driving B2B sales cycles from first contact to close
Collaborating with the Customer Success team to build strong, long-term client relationships
Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and customer engagement activities
Thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial scale-up environment
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you are a driven and results-oriented sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have experience managing entire sales cycles and are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
We believe you have:
A degree in business, economics, political science, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS company
A strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
A passion for both sales and sustainability
Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

This role is based in Berlin, with regular visits to offices in Sweden (Malmö/Stockholm).
