“One of our top objectives for the Salesforce Environment, Health and Safety team this year was to take new steps to invest in the success of our team members. To help with this, we engaged Acre to identify group strengths and development needs using their Frameworks tool.
To ensure that we were able to put the recommendations into action, we also decided to expand the agreement to include personal coaching sessions for each member. The sessions with our coach Josh Jeffries have provided each team member the ability to receive professional and independent development guidance based upon their discussions and Frameworks assessment.
