With 17 years of search experience, Helen joined Acre over a decade ago and has played a key part in the growth and success of our global sustainable finance practice, now focusing on private markets including private equity, private debt, real assets, infrastructure and real estate investment funds.
Her global experience includes leading senior search mandates for FS organisations wanting to increase their ambition in ESG, impact and sustainable investment across both public and private markets, plus not-for-profits that drive industry-level collaboration.
Helen’s in-depth knowledge of hiring across the sector has led her to partner with leadership teams in investment firms to support strategic planning for ESG, sustainability-themed and/or impact aligned talent, from senior appointments through to team builds and non-executive/board advisory hires.
Helen provides commentary to the Financial Times and New York Times on ESG, impact and sustainable investment industry trends.
She has a BA(Hons) in Sociology from the University of East Anglia and a first class BA(Hons) in Textile Design from Central Saint Martins, London.
