Gloria leads Acre’s Sustainable Finance & Impact Investing practice for the Americas out of its New York office.
She brings more than 20+ years of executive search experience, building global teams and advising on the human capital required to drive transformational change within organisations. At Acre, she oversees the Financial Services business, which includes traditional and alternative asset managers, private markets, venture capital, hedge funds, impact investing firms, private investment companies, banks and insurers.
Prior to joining Acre, Gloria led Korn Ferry’s professional search practice for Asset Management and was co-founder of the firm’s Impact Investing practice in 2015. Prior to that, she worked at Pfizer’s NYC headquarters for the Executive Search team within North America talent acquisition. Her time there was spent globally focused across corporate functions, including marketing, finance, sustainability, legal and corporate development at the director through the senior executive level.
Gloria began her career working for a global New York-based boutique executive search firm focused within Financial Services across investment banking and buy-side managers, commercial banks, as well as boutique investment firms.
Some of her previous experience includes assignments for ESG professionals, investment roles, capital raising, operating partners, and C-suite executives, as well as build-outs for corporate functions, finance leaders and operations professionals.
Outside of work, she is a proud board member of Greyston Bakery, a pioneering social enterprise and B Corp that practices open hiring in a world-class commercial bakery that is well-known for Ben & Jerry’s signature brownie ice cream. She holds a BBA in Marketing, with a Minor in Industrial Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY).
