As their business moves into an exciting period of growth, ADEC Innovations looks to appoint a Chief Executive Officer for their US businesses. This person will build on the company's ongoing successes, paving the way for further development, growth and impact.

The CEO of the U.S. businesses will:

  • Be passionate about sustainability & helping organizations grow sustainably and responsibly

  • Lead on strategy & business planning, ensuring the U.S. businesses have clear goals & executable plans

  • Work with the Group CEO to align on a clear direction for ADEC Innovations, supporting business directors to develop and implement growth models accordingly

  • Foster a forward-thinking approach & innovative solutions to drive change

  • Ensure organizational awareness of the Sustainability and ESG sectors

  • Develop partnerships and relationships with executives in key customer organizations to grow the business and its impact​

You will have:

  • Demonstrable leadership & management experience

  • Strong organizational skills & ability to juggle demands with a focused approach to decision-making

  • Significant fiduciary, budgeting and P&L responsibility

  • High Emotional Intelligence & a hands-on approach to leadership

  • Strong understanding of strategic ESG priorities in large corporations & sustainable development

  • Experience of managing software technology businesses is advantageous
