Acre is working in partnership with a leading organisation in their search for a Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager for a fixed term contract of nine months, covering a period of maternity. Reporting directly to the Head of CR & Community, this individual will be responsible for a wide range of CSR initiatives and help drive the sustainability agenda across the business.
Deliver high-quality submissions to external indices including DJSI, FTSE4Good, LGB and CDP to maintain an industry leading position
Spearhead the annual CR report to meet global best practice standards
Manage the delivery of the CR section for the organisation's annual report and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Deputise the Head of CR & CI on sustainability related committees such as the Environment Governance Board and the Gender Diversity Steering Group
Produce exceptional board committee papers and oversee engaging internal communications on corporate responsibility
Working within a motivated and agile team, the successful candidate will have the aptitude to take on ad-hoc projects with limited guidance. This person will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business.

Independent working style with an eye for quality and detail
Demonstrable experience of corporate responsibility in a large, complex environment
Deep understanding of reporting and assurance standards
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
