Acre are pleased to be supporting The Healthy Work Company’s two day Mental Health First Aid Training Courses.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course. It is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid training and provides participants with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support. To date over 150,000 people across England have taken Mental Health First Aid Training Courses. These courses raise awareness of the issues, and the two-day course will leave your organisation with official mental health first aiders.

The MHFA won’t teach you how to be a therapist, but you will be able to say you’re a Mental Health First Aider.
