Consort Medical (FTSE350 business)
Chief Executive Officer
“Nigel was bought in by one of our Non-executive directors in 2009 to provide Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy support and has been advising Consort Medical plc ever since. He has delivered ongoing support across CR, strategy and issue management, reporting and has been the lynchpin of our all CR efforts. Nigel is clearly an expert in his field but refreshingly he also brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to CR. I would not hesitate to recommend Nigel.”
NFT Distribution Operations Ltd
“We have commissioned Nigel twice to carry out corporate responsibility and governance reviews. The recommendations from the first, particularly in the area of employee engagement, were reviewed in the second to track progress. A summary benchmark report was also used in due diligence evidence as part of a refinancing exercise. Nigel was able to demonstrate a good understanding of the business and its issues quickly and tailored his approach and cost budget to suit our needs. We are likely to use Nigel again in the future for similar projects and would recommend them to others.”
Royal Mail Group
Sustainability Policy Manager
“Nigel was brought in to support me with developing an environmental strategy for Royal Mail Group. Although initially a short-term contract Nigel has now been providing support for 18 months, in this time he has drafted our environmental strategy, completed a materiality exercise and supported me across a number of day-to-day activities. His strengths are an appreciation of the commercial realities of embedding sustainability practices, the ability to flex an approach to meet our needs and responsiveness to a changing brief. I have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to help guide a business through development and execution of responsible business practices.”
