This newly created role will have the responsibility of managing information and customer data management, as well as developing an information management strategy.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to set and deliver information strategy within an evidenced-based organisation. Responsibilities will include:
Establishing and maintaining systems for managing information or evidence and enabling this to be easily and accurately reported on Leading the development and management of an integrated customer relationship management system Setting and monitoring performance against agreed customer service standards to be applied across all their touch points (web, contact centre, office staff etc.) including those managed by external contractors Taking an active role in the management of any external contracts which involve direct customer service and the management of customer information Ensuring information is stored in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements The successful candidate will have:
Experience within a similar role in an evidence-based organisation, including public sector: local government, NHS, or academia for example A background of specifying requirements for and using Information Management solutions, particularly CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous) An understanding of the development and rollout of an organisation wide information strategy An understanding of legal requirements and best practice in managing information and customer data ideally with experience with a government interface and the requirements of the freedom of information act A degree or equivalent relevant qualification is desirable Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential, as are exceptional project management skills and the ability to balance a number of projects simultaneously.
