You will be responsible for developing and delivering energy-focused solutions across new and existing clients, including the Greater London Authority’s RE:FIT programme.

You will identify and develop various energy plans and costs, and provide detailed proposals upon request.

Responsibilities will include:

Identifying equipment and systems which are not performing to expected standards, developing and planning the implementation of remedial solutions
Working with clients to develop forward thinking strategies for energy efficiency solutions, control systems, onsite/local renewables technologies, etc.
Producing models and graphical explanations for cost and consumption, presenting this information to technical and non-technical audiences

You will be able to demonstrate experience in:

Engineering/energy management, ideally within commercial environments
A variety of energy engineering disciplines including refrigeration, lighting and IT systems
Working within the GLA RE:FIT programme (ideal)

Responsibilities will include:

Development and implementation a business strategy for a sustainable service offering

Assisting in the tendering and presenting process for new business
Monitoring of the environmental performance of all buildings under management
Identification of where performance can be improved and recommend solutions
Providing regular updates to Management Surveyors and Facility Managers on requirements

The successful individual is likely to come from the Real Estate sector and bring with them a thorough knowledge of environmental legislation and certification relating to the built environment

Responsibilities will include:

Promote the NextGeneration benchmark externally with Government, investors and the wider sector through marketing, presentations, networking and lobbying
Account manage residential clients and oversee and manage the delivery of strategic and performance-related consultancy work for those clients
Oversee the collection, analysis and presentation of site and organisation-level sustainability performance data relating to residential developers e.g. energy, water, waste, health and safety, environmental management etc.
Conduct and facilitate client meetings and workshops, as well as make high quality presentations both internally and to clients

It is essential that candidates bring with them previous property experience, ideally from a residential development background, which could be from either the client or consultancy side.
