Interim Community Engagement Manager (4 days per week) – 12 month contract Hot Job

A global law firm is urgently looking to hire a Community Engagement Manager on a 4 day per week basis to strengthen their corporate responsibility agenda.The successful incumbent will be responsible for devising a community strategy for the firm, engaging with external and internal stakeholders (including senior management) to develop and deliver the new agenda and roll it out to the local communities.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and project managing the national community programmes, as well as managing relationships with community partners
Optimising the community reach and impact across the business nationwide with robust measurements and evaluation procedures
Provide proactive support and insight internally to create community plans and drive the strategy across the business
Creating various toolkits and delivering them across the business for stakeholders to utilise on projects

The successful candidate will have previously project managed and delivered community strategies across a business on a national level, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Relationship management, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are essential for this role, along side a professional and credible persona.
