Acre are currently looking for an experienced and engaging individual to join one or our largest FTSE 100 clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with senior leadership across the business to provide expert guidance around the delivery of their ESG reporting process and lead the development of their impact assessment and analytics strategy.
Key responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Shape future strategy and design business planning processes by effectively utilising insight from performance data and reporting analysis.
Develop and implement the group's approach to social innovation measurement and evaluation by creating global structures and frameworks that enhance rigour, accountability and consistency to demonstrate the social and business impact of the groups CSR Strategy.
Oversee ESG rating agency engagement and embed feedback into evolving the group's external disclosure strategy to meet emerging requirements and manage the group's position in key benchmarks.
Carry out line management, performance, talent management and personal development of 2 team members in line with internal process as well as the strategic direction of the team
We are seeking a senior, inspiring, 'can-do' person who can balance a strong technical skill set with a practical delivery mind-set. The candidate must demonstrate personal credibility to influence, innovate and drive collaboration in the delivery of a market leading impact assessment and analytics strategy for our client.
