Acre has been engaged by one of the UK's leading property and construction businesses to identify a SHEQ Governance Advisor. You will be supporting the company in the operation of company systems (ISO9001, OHSAS18801 and ISO14001) covering the effective management of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment and undertaking site audits against the company's performance framework.
Audit live construction projects and produce detailed reports using the companies site auditing systems
Monitor compliance with the company's systems through the development & implementation of an appropriate audit program
Ensure effective close out of corrective actions raised, open incident reports and significant site issues
Liaise with regional SHEQ Managers and Regional Directors with regards to non-conformances
Reporting to the Group SHEQ Manager you will have previous experience in a site based auditing role and have up to date knowledge of UK SHEQ legislation, with the flexibility to travel and the ability to work remotely.
NEBOSH Diploma in H&S or Environmental Management or equivalent
Auditing qualifications covering OHSAS 18801 and/or ISO 14001 and/or ISO9001 based systems
Suitable Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental management qualification, e.g. NEBOSH general Certificate or IEMA
Good levels of numeracy and MS office
