Acre is pleased to partner with a global real estate firm to identify a Senior Sustainability Consultant who will join their expanding sustainability practice. You will deliver on impactful sustainability projects whilst driving revenue growth with Blue Chip investors and occupiers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will also support the wider strategic and operational management of the consultancy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • To plan and manage the delivery of sustainability projects by engaging with relevant client stakeholders, ensuring high quality consultancy solutions are delivered to time and budget
  • Management of consultancy resources, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Involvement in business development activities, identifying client opportunities within the existing business and externally for landlords, occupiers and investors
The right candidate will have a detailed knowledge of sustainability strategies and reporting, either from a consulting or in-house perspective.

You will also have:

  • A degree, ideally in Energy or Sustainability related subject (2.1 minimum)
  • A track record in delivering sustainability solutions, specifically legislative compliance, reporting (CDP, GRI), disclosure, and project implementation
  • Proven resource management and project lead experience, and tangible commercial wins within a consultancy context
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
