Acre is pleased to be working with a leading multinational food and general merchandise retailer to find a Responsible Sourcing Advisor. This hire will provide essential support in delivering the Human Rights Assurance Program across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyse and report audit data to ensure KPIs can be accurately tracked and communicated
  • Attend regular meetings to support on the understanding and implementation of category specific Responsible Sourcing plans
  • Collate monthly reviews with the categories to ensure action is taken to address both non-conformances and late audits at supplier sites
  • Coordinate colleague and supplier training to monitor and ensure attendance
The successful candidate, reporting into the Head of Human Rights, will have a strong understanding and interest in responsible sourcing and human rights, with the proven ability to manage, analyse and present data.

Skills required:

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, research and investigation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence different stakeholders internally and externally, building strong relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of responsible sourcing and its application in global retail supply chains
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in demanding time pressured environments
