The TTF promotes and represents the Timber Supply Chain at national and international levels, providing an influential voice and developing the timber industries' commitment to growth and quality standards. Researching and reporting to members on market related issues across technical, trade and sustainability themes
Managing newsletters, web, trade media and other communications, editing, proofreading and publishing as required
Developing and strengthening relationships with members, sponsors and wider stakeholder groups
Organising and coordinating events and committee meetings, representing the TTF externally as required
The successful candidate, supporting the Managing Director, will have previous experience conducting research projects and executing communications tailored for different stakeholder groups. You will be highly personal, engaging and have excellent relationship management skills.
Excellent written and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of global supply chain issues
Ability to research and analyse commercial, legal and technical topics and translate for trade readership
Strong ability to organise and manage events, to multi task and problem solve
