We are searching for a new Client Engagement Manager, who will be a key player in the client team responsible for the retention and growth of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation ensures their clients are continuing to gain advantage from their services and solutions.
The client team is part of the organisation's sales and marketing functions, and has a key role to play in ensuring an in-depth knowledge of the installed client base, to retain clients and grow revenue.
