Acre is working in exclusive partnership with a global organisation that is at the forefront of the carbon and environment industry in relation to delivering immediate, positive and measurable impacts on carbon, energy, water, biodiversity and communities across their clients' direct operations, consumer markets and supply chains.

We are searching for a new Client Engagement Manager, who will be a key player in the client team responsible for the retention and growth of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation ensures their clients are continuing to gain advantage from their services and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the installed client base and managing them on a day-to-day basis
  • Delivering excellent client services by supporting clients in their work to reduce their environmental impact
  • Managing the renewals process for clients from awareness through to contract and engagement services
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients' challenges and requirements, building a trusted relationship with them based on a highly professional, client-centric approach, and identify opportunities for further sales
  • Account planning and administration, including updating the CRM system (Salesforce) and maintaining an accurate pipeline
  • Solve complex problems and make challenging decisions based on sound judgement and analytical techniques

The client team is part of the organisation's sales and marketing functions, and has a key role to play in ensuring an in-depth knowledge of the installed client base, to retain clients and grow revenue.

Skills:

  • Success in a client facing role within a B2B environment with the ability to think strategically around client objectives to create long-term value for both the client and the business
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop action plans, managing these through to successful delivery by collaborating with internal departments
  • Product marketing and communications skills to match clients needs
  • Strong sales/CRM process management abilities
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach combined with interpersonal and influencing skills
