Acre is pleased to partner with one of the world's premier commercial real estate brokerage and investment firms to identify a new Associate Director, Energy Performance who will join their expanding Sustainability Consultancy group. Leading the provision of energy performance services, you will conceive and deliver a range of technical energy reduction measures across EMEA with high profile Blue Chip investor and occupier clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a mix of strategic, technical, and commercial strategies which implement change across client portfolios.

Responsibilities include:

  • Optimising energy performance in buildings through technical assessment, strategy development, and ongoing programme management
  • Delivering impactful energy, carbon and financial savings through a wide range of energy performance services including;
    • BMS Optimisation, techno-economic energy audits, energy strategies, carbon management plans, energy performance contract support, and ESOS planning and compliance services
  • Working effectively and directly with clients to maintain lasting, profitable relationships and ensure project objectives are delivered to an excellent standard
  • Operating at leadership level within the organisation's highly proficient consulting group; managing and developing staff both technically and in adherence to the company's core values

The role will be best suited to an experienced consultant looking to realise their potential in this exciting and growing industry. The successful individual will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for combating sustainability business challenges through the use of innovative technology solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Significant building services experience, with a history of identifying and quantifying technical energy initiatives in complex environments
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical services within the built environment and a history of delivering operational and capital expenditure projects
  • Degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or another Energy related discipline
  • Exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement experience, primarily within a corporate environment
  • A proven track record of delivering a high volume of complex assignments through successful programme management
