As the Health, Safety and Environment industry continues to grow and evolve, it has become more important than ever to understand the sector and the people driving it forward. In response to this growing interest, this year we at Acre decided to make the most of our position to gain and share real industry insight. In our first HSE Insights Survey we have collected responses from 637 individuals.
As well as addressing the usual data points like pay and gender, we have touched on new points including access to mental health services and the great North/ South divide. We think that the survey has uncovered some interesting insights – those that highlight the sector’s strengths as well as areas where there is the potential for improvement.
