Finance, Contract and Compliance Assistant, you will
work within a fast-growth business supporting the Operations Manager to ensure
the company can deliver a robust, high-quality platform from which to operate.
The ideal candidate will get their kicks from data, be an excel wizard,
and will be process driven.
-Reviewing Acre's revenue capture, analysis and reporting
of internal data
-Production of invoices, control of payment terms
and credit control
-Ensuring compliance of all placements
-Processing contractor payments through Acre's
-First point of contact for all contractor queries
-Assist with the understanding of contractor working
structures and legislation
-Establish contracts for new assignments
-Management of the placement process for contractors
- setting assignments up on our timesheet portal, processing timesheets,
ensuring prompt payment
-Ensuring all placements are in line with relevant
-Ensuring that Acre’s understanding of relevant
legislation is up to date, and that we are compliant
-Initially there will be a requirement to cover office administration
duties, although we anticipate that this part of the role will last for a six
to nine month period.
-Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
-Managing the meeting room diary and ensuring all
rooms are set up correctly
-Answering the main phone line and directing calls
-Managing the day to day running of an efficient
office - including orders and ensuring the office is fully stocked
You will have demonstrable experience within an office environment,
specifically in a number of areas described above. You will have an efficient, “no
non-sense” approach to your work and the ability to prioritise a wide-ranging
work-load is critical. You will also be an exceptional communicator (both
written and verbal), able to work with a range of internal and external
stakeholders – from Acre’s senior management team, to third party suppliers.
