Corporate Responsibility Programme Manager – 6 months Maternity Cover Hot Job

Our client, one of the world’s leading manufacturing corporations, is searching for an experienced professional to cover a 6 month maternity cover, which is likely to be extended.
The overarching duty of this position is to help drive the Corporate Responsibility Practice throughout the organisation as well as engage with external stakeholders.

Reporting into the Head of Corporate Responsibility you will be responsible for:

Leading the production of the annual corporate responsibility report
Driving alignment to international reporting standards including GRI
Monitoring and supporting country and local site corporate responsibility reporting
Working with international departments to respond to upcoming trends and regulations

There will be additional opportunities to work on other subject areas such as conflict minerals, human rights, internal and external stakeholder engagement as well as supporting the development and implementation of a revised CR strategy.
The successful candidate will hold extensive relevant experience, ideally within heavy industry, as well as:

Experience of delivering a report in a large blue chip company, preferably to GRI standards
Be an effective team player in an international setting and a culturally dynamic organisation
Excel at engagement in order to build good working relationships
Possess excellent written English skills

CR and Sustainability Manager
